Winning starts with a healthy mindset and perspective on what we are all here to achieve. **Act with Integrity:** Seek honesty and integrity in all Commonwealth interactions, both internally and externally, with complete transparency and authenticity, free from hidden motives or personal agendas. ***Certain actions and behaviors listed below have no place in our community and will not be tolerated.*** **Ulterior Motives:** Elevating oneself to the detriment of DKS or individual members for personal benefit **Ignorance and Intolerance:** Knowingly spreading false information, publicly or privately, to the detriment of DKS or individual community members. **Toxic Attitude, Harmful Mindset:** Consistently putting down, shaming, attacking or targeting DKS or individual members or contributing to an overly negative atmosphere within the community. The DKS leadership team remains deeply committed to the Commonwealth’s continued growth and shared success as we move together into the future. These community guidelines will serve to anchor our actions and intentions that will ultimately push the Commonwealth to reach its full potential.
# Disciplinary Process The DKS Board is tasked with upholding the standards discussed in the Commonwealth community guidelines. This dedicated group holds the authority within the Commonwealth to establish precedent, issue guidance and deliver feedback, as necessary, to any members who find themselves standing outside the perimeter established by the community guidelines. The DKS Board’s perspective on disciplinary guidance is rooted in fairness and responsibility to all members and does not seek to be overly punitive in nature. A Yellow & Red card approach will be applied to any member who becomes subject to disciplinary discussions to ensure opportunity for redemption. **Formal Warning:** Should a member's actions stray from our guidelines, a formal warning will be issued. The aim is not to punish but serve as a constructive reminder to realign with the community guidelines. In cases of particularly egregious behavior, the DKS Board may vote to issue a red card. Examples include, but are not limited to: * Deliberately sharing harmful links in Discord. * Engaging in malicious harassment of other members. * Intentionally exploiting the DKS brand and community members for rug-pulling a project. **Yellow Card:** A yellow card will be issued should a member repeat a prior infraction or instigate a subsequent new offense against the community guidelines. A more candid conversation will be convened between the member and the Board to discuss expectations of the community member going forward to avoid repeating past mistakes or cause any further disruption to the Commonwealth. A possible outcome of this discussion could be a probationary period for the member. **Red Card:** After receiving a yellow card, any subsequent offenses committed by the member in question will be met with a full Board review to determine the member’s future eligibility to remain in the Commonwealth. This red card is seen as a last resort option to be decided by a majority Board vote only after careful deliberation between the Board and the member. Upholding the integrity of our community is of paramount importance and will be protected with deepest commitment by the Board. Any members who have their access privileges withdrawn will have the opportunity to sell their DKS NFT on the open market, respecting their NFT ownership rights. This card policy is our commitment to maintaining a harmonious, respectful and thriving community, balancing firmness with fairness.

# King Vetting Guidelines Dead King ownership represents an esteemed position within the Commonwealth & bears a high standard of excellence to attract the most comprehensive group of professionals in web3. As such, it is incumbent upon the DKS leadership team to establish a set of guiding principles that carefully outlines the primary considerations for onboarding new kings and determining their candidacy for the Throne Room. **Purpose-Driven Vetting** Our primary objective with the vetting process is to take the time necessary to run proper due diligence on new candidates that focuses on the following contributing factors: * Personal Bio * Web2 and Web3 Experience * Goals and Objectives / Why DKS? * Community Reputation * Cultural Fit Together, these discussion points will provide a well-rounded, objective summary of the prospective new buyer and their overall candidacy for joining the Throne Room. In addition, these categories will be consistently applied to all new Dead King buyers prior to entry such that an historical fact pattern-based admission process will become the standard going forward. **Due Diligence Expanded** * **Personal Bio:** Basic demographic information, web3 anonymity preference, family and life goals. * **Web2 and Web3 Experience:** What career / life experience does this person bring from web2? How did this person originally become involved in web3 and what keeps them going? * **Goals and Objectives / Why DKS?:** Discuss the specific goals of the individual when entering web3. What specifically about DKS captured this person’s attention and continues to hold it? * **Community Reputation:** What is the candidate’s standing in other communities? * **Cultural Fit:** Are there any potential conflicts with existing members, and how might these be navigated? How does the individual portray themselves online? The vetting process presents an opportunity for us to determine if the new candidate will bring a unique perspective or expertise that enriches the Commonwealth. We are seeking individuals that enhance DKS through social influence, content creation, knowledge sharing, networking or specific expertise. **The Process** * **Initial Engagement:** Should an individual buy a Dead King NFT or mention an interest in doing so, the core team will initiate a dialogue with the buyer to explore the facets mentioned above. * **Formal Conversation:** A 15-30 minute call with the core team is encouraged for us to be able to deepen our understanding and connection. * **Final Review:** The core team will summarize its findings and submit them in a convened Board meeting. The Board will collectively discuss if the candidate is a good fit for DKS and make a membership decision in a timely manner to finalize the process.

They're detailed below. ### Profile Picture This quest is completed when you set a King or Noble NFT that you own as your Twitter profile picture. Note: The profile picture must be pulled directly from the website () and should not be modified. #### Amount This quest can be completed 1x per day. Kings: 2 prestige per quest Nobles: 6 prestige per quest #### Example Ex: For 7 days, a Noble sets their Twitter pfp as their Noble. That Noble receives 42 prestige. Ex: A King sets their Twitter pfp as their King indefinitely. That King receives 2 prestige per day until they change their pfp. ### Account Name This quest is complete when you have the characters (DKS) in your twitter name. #### Amount This quest can be completed 1x per day. Kings: 1.6 prestige per quest Nobles: 2.6 prestige per quest #### Example Ex: A King updates their twitter name from DaniSpain to DaniSpain (DKS) indefinitely. That King collects 1.6 prestige per day until they remove (DKS) from their name. Ex: A King updates their twitter name from DaniSpain to DaniSpainDKS or DaniSpain DKS # Allegiance This quest is completed by not having your Noble or King listed on a marketplace. #### Amount This quest can be completed 1x per day. Kings: 25 prestige per quest Nobles: 10 prestige per quest #### Example Ex: A King does not have their NFT listed on a marketplace. That King collects 25 prestige per day until their NFT is listed on a marketplace. Ex: A Noble has their NFT listed on Magic Eden. These contributions are monitored by the team and encourage unique contribution. ### Works Members can produce digital, physical or social goods to receive prestige.
